Who this is for
Contractors
Your drawings are ready. You need an architect to review and seal them for permit submittal.
Drafters and Designers
You design and draft, but you are not licensed. Work with an architect of record who takes responsible control of the set to the standard your state requires, then seals it.
Property Owners
You have drawings in hand and need a licensed architect to prepare them for permitting.
Developers
Your project needs an architect of record to coordinate drawings and seal the permit set.
How it works
Send your drawings
Submit your drawings, project details, and any prior plan-review comments. We accept PDF, CAD, and Revit formats.
Architect review and markup
A licensed architect reviews your drawings for code compliance, constructability, and coordination, and issues a written markup report. One revision round is included.
Corrected set re-reviewed and sealed
After you incorporate the required revisions, we re-review the corrected set. Once it meets professional and state requirements, we sign and seal it as Architect of Record, prepared for permit submittal.

Rourke Brakeville is a licensed architect (RA, NCARB) in Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, and New York. NCARB certification streamlines applying for licensure in additional states. You can submit an inquiry from any state. If your project is outside the five states above, we will tell you during the discovery call whether licensure there is practical, and no service is offered until it is in place.
Frequently asked questions
Can you just stamp my plans without reviewing them?
No. State boards require the sealing architect to take responsible control of the work, and a rubber stamp puts your permit and your project at risk. What responsible control requires is defined by each state and goes beyond a checklist: the architect must have the authority, knowledge, and level of participation the jurisdiction requires, and in some states that means involvement in preparing the documents, not just reviewing them. We scope each engagement to meet the standard of the state where your project sits, which can range from review and revision to re-drafting portions of the set under our direction.
What is the turnaround time?
Typical turnaround is 5 to 10 business days from when we receive complete drawings and project information. Expedited review (3 to 5 business days) is available for an additional fee when capacity allows.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, CAD (DWG, DXF), and Revit files. For best results, provide drawings with dimensions, notes, and any prior plan-review comments from the building department.
What happens if my drawings need significant rework?
If the drawings require more than one markup round to reach permit-ready quality, we offer two paths: additional revision rounds at $750 per round, or you may transition to our full design services if a ground-up redraft makes more sense.
Who is the architect?
Rourke Nolan Brakeville, RA, NCARB. Licensed in Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, and New York. Co-founder and Principal Architect of Studio RNB, an Atlanta architecture and design firm working across residential, commercial, and civic projects.
What states can you seal drawings in?
Rourke Brakeville holds architect licenses in Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, and New York, and the firm maintains the authorizations each state requires. NCARB certification streamlines applying for licensure in additional states; for a project elsewhere, we will tell you up front whether licensure is practical before any service is offered.
