Architects who shape and developers who realize.
Studio RNB is an Atlanta-based practice that partners with developers, owners, and municipalities to shape, visualize, and realize residential, civic, and hospitality projects across the Southeast. Four Principals lead the work.
How we work
Studio RNB is a tech-enabled, architect-led firm. We treat AI, BIM, and VDC as tools we wield to deliver clear documentation and visual proof, not features we sell.
We partner with developers, investors, builders, civic clients, and property owners to shape, visualize, and realize beautiful, strategic, and higher-value spaces and real estate projects. We understand how real estate value is actually created, not just how to design buildings.

Rourke Brakeville is the Owner and Principal Architect of Studio RNB, an Atlanta-based firm partnering with developers, owners, and civic clients on residential, multifamily, civic, hospitality, and adaptive reuse projects.
He co-founded Studio RNB in 2024 to practice architecture as a craft and a discipline. The work focuses on shaping places that read clearly at every scale, from the site diagram down to the trim detail. His role inside the firm is to define design direction, guide projects through documentation, and hold the team to the standards that matter when a building meets the ground.
Rourke is a licensed architect in GA, AL, TN, FL, & NY and a member of NCAB. He trained at KSU and Columbia University and has spent 6 years in practice across single-family, multifamily, and mixed-use work. He has led projects from feasibility through construction, and brings a working knowledge of both the design conversation and the construction conversation into every engagement.
He works with a senior team distributed across Atlanta, Spain, Colombia, and India: Jeremiah Bridges, Principal for project and construction
management with deep experience on large-scale data center work; Young Yoon, Principal and senior manager with primary responsibility for quality review; and Samuel “Zach” Crook, Principal for business development, with PMP and federal contracting credentials. The four-Principal structure lets the firm hold a design through construction without losing the thread.Studio RNB practices a tech-enabled approach. The team uses BIM modeling, VDC coordination, and AI tools to clarify decisions, reduce rework, and free more time for design. Rourke treats technology as a way to do the architecture better, not as a deliverable to sell.

Jeremiah Bridges built his career on preparation, precision, and team execution. He studied Architectural Engineering at Texas A&M, where he played wide receiver for the Aggies, then continued at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology to earn a Master of Science in Construction Engineering and Management while playing for the Hardrockers.
After graduate school, Jeremiah joined Hensel Phelps in Honolulu as an Assistant Project Manager, leading planning, quality control, and field execution on major commercial work. He returned to Atlanta to take a Project Manager role at Holder Construction, overseeing large commercial sites while playing for the Atlanta Falcons. Across those tenures, he has managed more than $1.1 billion in construction and earned his PMP certification along the way.
In 2024, Jeremiah co-founded Studio RNB to bring engineering rigor and construction know-how into architectural practice from day one. He leads vision, planning, and delivery across the firm’s projects, aligning design intent with what actually gets built. Outside the firm, he founded a Sustainable Tiny Home initiative focused on housing access in underserved communities.
On the field, in the field, or in the communities he is working to strengthen, Jeremiah brings the same approach: discipline, preparation, and follow-through.

Samuel “Zach” Crook is the Principal of Development and Managing Member at Studio RNB. A Morehouse College graduate in Economics and former U.S. Navy Surface Warfare Officer, Zach brings financial discipline, operational rigor, and construction insight to every engagement. His background in high-stakes, systems-level environments shapes how he leads development strategy and client relationships across the firm.
Zach oversees business development, client strategy, and project origination. His scope runs from land analysis and development consulting through design, engineering, and construction management. His view of the work is direct: developers benefit from a single accountable partner across the full process, not a handoff between firms at each phase.
That conviction shapes how Studio RNB structures its engagements. Zach works with developers to set scope, pricing, and timeline expectations up front, then stays involved through delivery. He carries Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and brings federal contracting fluency to the firm, opening direct paths into civic and institutional pipelines across the Southeast.
Zach’s Navy background gave him early responsibility for complex systems, large crews, and zero-margin execution. He applies the same standards to development work today: clear scope, clear accountability, clear delivery.
