Request that we delete your information
If you have contacted Studio RNB through the website, by email, or by phone, we may hold a record of your name, your email or phone number, your company, and the details of what you shared with us. You can ask us to delete that information at any time.
How to submit a deletion request
Send a request by email to info@studiornb.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Include:
- The name you used when you contacted us.
- The email address or phone number you used.
- A short note confirming you are the person whose information is being deleted, or, if you are submitting on behalf of someone else, your authority to act for them.
You can also request deletion by mail at the address below or by phone at 800-640-8762.
What happens next
We confirm receipt of your request within five business days. We complete the deletion and confirm it back to you within 30 days. If the request is complicated, we may extend by an additional 30 days and will tell you why.
We delete information from our active systems and from working backups in the next scheduled backup rotation. If we are required by law to keep specific records (for example, contract records, tax records, or records tied to an active legal dispute), we will keep only the minimum needed and will explain what we are keeping and why.
What we cannot delete
We cannot delete:
- Information we are required to keep by law, regulation, or active legal hold.
- Anonymous, aggregated analytics that cannot be traced back to you.
- Information you have shared publicly (for example, a comment on a third-party site that links to us).
