The Site is operated by Studio RNB, LLC, an architecture firm based at 2076 Holtz Lane, Atlanta, GA 30318.

The Site presents our work, our services, and ways to contact us. The content on the Site is for general information. It does not establish a client relationship, does not constitute architectural or engineering advice for a specific project, and does not create any binding offer or contract.
A client relationship begins only when both parties sign a written agreement that defines project scope, fees, and deliverables.
3. How you can use the Site
You may view, share, and reference Site content for personal or business research. You may not:
- Copy substantial portions of the Site for republication or commercial use without our written permission.
- Use any project images, drawings, or renderings outside of fair-use context without permission.

4. Our intellectual property

If you send us project briefs, files, photos, or other materials through the contact form or by email, you keep the rights you held before sending. You give us permission to read, save, and respond to what you sent. We do not publish or share your submissions without your permission.
If you send us feedback or suggestions about the Site or our services, you allow us to use that feedback freely.

This limitation does not apply to liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute about the Site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you agree to that jurisdiction.
